At Wigme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Wigme account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
